Warm Water Early Morning

Getting off to bed and to drink a glass of warm water has been my ritual habit since for the first time I have experienced a blood pressure of 140/80.    Should I be concerned? I'm in my late 30's.

According to my Doctor I have a MILD STAGE 1 BP. It's not horrible, I don't need to PANIC. The easiest way to to bring it down is I have to strictly follow my Daily Balance Diet and to have a regular exercise and not to forget to DRINK WARM WATER in the morning.

Reducing salt intake and eat less fatty food.

Risk associated with a high blood pressure is a HEART PROBLEM, that leads to STROKE or KIDNEY FAILURE.

WHY WARM WATER? Because it FLUSHES OUT KIDNEYS, PREPARE YOUR STOMACH FOR FOOD, and HELPS THE BOWELS MOVE REGULARLY and NATURALLY.

I'm in my 3 months of religiously following my doctors' advice, and if you're asking me "Does it really work?" My answer is "YES, it does." I can feel lightness and my BP is back to normal 120/80.

Cleansing our internal body is very important especially if you are in your late 30's or 40's since this is the stage wherein the digestive system depresses.

Another thing to consider if you want to
loss weight, by drinking 10 ounces of warm water mix with a teaspoon of honey or a lemon juice.

It will mobilize extra fat in the body and it produces energy by making you sweat even without exercising.

Just always remember you have to wait 30 minutes before eating after drinking warm water with or without honey or lemon.

 Thank you

  1. I think this is a good habit as it loosens up the system and makes you more mobile.
