Warm Water Early Morning

Getting off to bed and to drink a glass of warm water has been my ritual habit since for the first time I have experienced a blood pressure of 140/80.Should I be concerned? I'm in my late 30's.

According to my Doctor I have a MILD STAGE 1 BP. It's not horrible, I don't need to PANIC. The easiest way to to bring it down is I have to strictly follow my Daily Balance Diet and to have a regular exercise and not to forget to DRINK WARM WATER in the morning.
