So love travelling, this time I am travelling to Cebu City, not only to work, but also to have a break and dedicate some quality time with myself.
Travelling light for me is an advantage, less load and a love worth remembering. What I mean here is LESS HASSLE and you can enjoy experiencing your vacation with NO WORRIES!
It's SUMMER you have to stay FRESH, so better bring necessities that can assist you through your travels. In my case, I am more conscious during summer, the high temperature of the sun makes you prone to sickness. Talking about skin dehydration, lack of sleep due to the weather, throat problems,etc... Better to have your own defends, something that will protect you while travelling.
Well, my lifestyle as a working mom,primary routine is to work and do household chores, and forget the things that I normally do when I'm still young and single.

And as a light traveler, I've learned to bring small bag and a sling bag just a carry on to avoid baggage fees and not to worry about airlines losing luggage's.
I bring my SWISH MOUTHWASH Cinnamon Blast with me both bottles because it is real handy and good for travelling. I was so lucky and very grateful that I am permitted to hold it in my sling bag (you know airport rules, very strict).

Given the opportunity to review a product it's not a game, particularly if it is an oral care health merchandise because you deliver very sensitive in presenting information and detailed experience.
After my not so impress moment with the Swish Icy Choco Mint given the conclusion that I've made that maybe the mouthwash is not suited for me or I have a sensitive mouth, the fact that oral care like mouthwash should be comfortably used by the consumers.
This time I'm going to give another honest review based on my experience with this product SWISH® Alcohol-Free Mangosteen Mint another mouthwash product from UNILAB.
Mangosteen in a mouthwash? This is one of our famous fruits here in Davao aside from durian, and I recognize the taste and the smell of it.
Let the test's begin!
Same with Icy Choco Mint, it looks like a water though it has a light red in color and a scent and taste of a mangosteen fruit with a cool fresh of mint which is respectable. I like this much!
VERDICT:
First attempt, after eating I'd open the SWISH Bottle 250ml Mangosteen Mint mouthwash. Then as I gargle the mouthwash in side my mouth I don't feel any burning sensation at all. I love this mouthwash from SWISH, it gives me the satisfaction and the pleasure that I am looking for.
Recommendation:

VERDICT:

Recommendation:
Just for the record, mangosteen is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia that is popular for it's antioxidant so it can be sold as dried powder, tablet(pills) or a juice. Though you can consume it as a fruit juice, do not swallow it as you gargle the mouthwash. Do not be tempted on drinking it, always bear in mind that it is a mouthwash not a juice. I recommend that the word MOUTHWASH in the bottle should be given emphasize here, for in my case, my youngest daughter thought it is a juice bottle when I open the UNILAB PACKAGE. Or change the packaging bottle instead, make it more look like a mouthwash bottle.
CONCLUSION:
Parents who have kids above 6 years old, please lead your children in taking this mouthwash, I am pretty sure kids will enjoy the taste of this. And as suggested, the bottle should be modified for the misinterpretation for a mangosteen juice is being adapted here instead of a mouthwash.
All in all, this mouthwash suit my preference. I love it, but I hope parents should be very careful in introducing it to their kids that this mouthwash is not a juice though it smells strongly like a mangosteen juice but it is a SWISH® Alcohol-Free Mouthwash Mangosteen Mint flavor only. That this mouthwash is very good and it help keep your gums and teeth healthy, but only if you apply it right!

As part of our daily oral hygiene routine, a mouthwash is used to help maintain our teeth and gums healthy.
SWISH® is an alcohol-free mouthwash that prescribed by Oral Care Doctors. This Surefresh™ mouthwash from UNILAB are excellent in helping preventing tooth decay, however mouthwashes alone are not a substitute for brushing our teeth.
Received products samples for review. Today's post is a review of the Swish® Alcohol-Free Icy Choco Mint
To tell you honestly, since we don't use mouthwash after brushing I have this impression that I will not like this product, maybe because of I'm afraid it will burn my mouth (a notion that mouthwash are strong and can hurt our tongue).

It is hardly like a water though the color is GREEN and it has a smell of a CHOCOLATE and when it's in your mouth you can sense the coldness inside, then that's justify its name Icy Choco Mint.
VERDICT:
First attempt, after gargling the mouthwash for 30 seconds I got a teary eye since I sense that my mouth is in pain but later on a second I feel relief. This is because it's my first time to use a mouthwash in my entire life and I am not used to that.
After the burning sensation I had experience with this product, what's next is the coolness of the Choco minty fresh breath that it gives that last a long time.
Recommendation:
Icy Choco Mint is cool it may be a bit unpleasant at first, but take the burning sensation as a healthy step to have a good and long-lasting minty fresh breath everyday.
I recommend this to all except for children ages 12 and below. Why 12 and not 6 below as what stated at the back of the product? Because children at that age cannot tolerate the said burn sensation especially to those who are not habituated to use a mouthwash/gargle in their house.
Conclusion:
Some of you will not consort with my review, but here I am stating the whole truth of my review as fact. I believe that the spot is not exactly here, maybe I am not used to the product. Or maybe this mouthwash is not suited for me, or perhaps I have a mouth sensitivity because as I read that the best mouthwash depends on your oral needs.
For my next review, hoping for a more beneficial and positive outcome.
