Last month, I went to Abreeza Ayala Mall to attend FUJI FILM INSTAX DIY 2 . After the event, I went inside Abreeza Robinsons Supermarket, I seldom do my groceries here because it is way too far from our home, but because I need to buy facial wipes for personal use I have no choice but to go inside the market.
A bit astonished when I came to a stand full of beauty products, I see make-ups and lipsticks from different brands inside their supermarket. Normally, beauty products are displayed at the Department Store or in a Mall.

This is the Lip Balm of the new generation brought to us by Maybelline New York. An adult strength type of a lip balm made for baby soft lips, now with a touch of a tint pink that is perfect for any ages.
INSTANT 8HR MOISTURE that helps shed away rough dryness to make your lips so supple, smooth and cushioned all day long.
Today, teens need something that will protect their lips from sunlight exposure. Prolong stay outside the room, having their outdoor activities such as volleyball and soccer can damage skin, especially their lips.
Maybelline Baby Lips has a unique secret formula, it has an EXCLUSIVE LIP RENEW FORMULA that helps protect and moisturizes lips. It visibly renews lips in 1 week.
PINK BEAUTIFIED LIPS. I don't know whats with the PINK, but this color shades really a trendy thingy for every teens like my daughter.
Maybelline Baby Lips has an exclusive color-blooming technology that reacts with your unique lips chemistry, it reveal how perfect #PINKGLOW to you!
How to apply? Just turn the base 1-2 times for usage. Reapply when lips are exposed to strong UV radiation coming from the sun and frequently cold winds for maximum protection.
For best results: Apply Lip Pink Glow by starting in the center of your upper lip, followed by the outer edges of your lip by following the contour of your mouth. Then glide it across the entire bottom. Do not smack both the upper and bottom lips, it will just smudge your lip color.
It has an adorable tubes.
And perfect for a "NO FUSS. NO FIXED" face days!
According to my daughter, the BABY LIPS in the color PINK BLAST with Mixed Berry Flavour is her absolute favorite. Lip Balm is so moisturizing, no need of adding chapstick. A definite must have!

I always heard this phrase, "Your eyes are your windows to the world", and yes, it's true. It is important to take care of them, because without them you cannot see the best and most beautiful things in the world, so keep them healthy for a lifetime.
There are things we should not forget in caring our eyes:
- See an eye doctor regularly. If you happened or feel that there is something wrong with your vision, seek help.
- Have enough sleep. After a tiring day, get a nap or sleep 8 hours to condition your eyes.
- Give a regular breaks while using a computer.
In my case, I spend my whole time in front of the computer, though I am not addicted to any computer games or chatting with friends in social media; but as part of my work as a blogger and an online stay at home mom doing product review and need to pass draft works with my clients on time, I need to work long hours using my computer.
Eye problem arises, when I got stress and my health is already affected including my eyes. I wear eyeglasses for my astigmatism, but it doesn't stop there--- It make me feel sick all the time.
Then I read from Badeth Abonita post about Anti-Radiation Eyeglasses.
Although glasses can often improve our vision this also help us be protected from ELECTRO-MAGNETIC emission coming from the TV and computer screen monitors, if we use eye glasses that has Anti-Radiation Lens.
So I keep looking for this brand of glasses and ATLAS!
I check the frame design of the glasses and see the TAG and read all the details.
- LENSES are coated with special metallic compounds on both sides that PROTECT your eyes from RADIATION and other ELECTRO-MAGNETIC emission.
- HELP reduces eye fatigue and eye strains.
- Advisable for people with prolonged exposure to computer and TV screen monitors.
This is what I need!!!! And great all items are marked with 10% discount, from PHp 349.75 I only pay PHp 314.80.
Comes with fashionable designs and colors, that young ones will love.
A useful tool that will help me with my prolonged exposure with computer monitor. tablet, mobile etc...
Though science hasn't yet proven that looking at computer screens causes permanent eye damage, eye strains and eye fatigue it is better to have this kind of a glasses--- a prevention that can and maintain GOOD EYESIGHT.
*I also follow my EENT Doctor advice, to have the 20-20-20 rule when working with computers:
- 20 minutes look at something,
- 20 feet away for 20 seconds
There are also ways to help maintain good eyesight, to eat foods that contribute to good eye health.

I don't think there's a negative impact from watching this, though I've got an EBOOK copy of Fifty Shades of Grey(Fifty Shades #1) thru GOODREADS, but I still have to watch it in a movie on how Dakota Johnson(Anastasia Steele) and Jamie Dorman(Christian Grey) bring out the flesh on E.L James hollow characters.
Perhaps I was curious at what point it would get worse, or maybe I was holding for something about the film. I must admit the movie version of E.L James "FIFTY SHADES OF GREY", did a great positive and negative feedback from movie reviewers and fans during Valentine's Day and dominate box office as well(as of today, it has a record breaking of $81.7 MILLION).
Hearing mix reactions from others, oh yes, that's part of the movie to make the viewers react from what they saw. This is how Directors/Producers wants to see, to get feedback's and opinions from movie goers. For them, this means INCOME!
SAFE WORD from the producers gaining a $ boost from the movie, and an applause for the author.
But why does our government permit this movie to be shown here in our country, knowing that Philippines belong to a CONSERVATIVE one. MONEY AGAIN??? Money really talks! Okay. Fine. Got it.
Yes, I saw it. And it's a kind of a movie I watch on cable. Just at home wearing my pajamas, eating chips, so tense thinking that, what I'm watching will change what I've pictured out from the book. It's surprisingly funny, it seems that I am just watching a LIFESTYLE CHANNEL or HBO(just recently I watch their SEX and the City Marathon---and shockingly, I saw a full front nudity from the series).
I am not disappointed with the acting of the two characters because they justify what is written in the book. What bothers me now, is how viewers will think after watching Fifty Shades of Grey, does it implies to THEM(YOU) or what they will say about the movie itself.
Personally, I am preoccupied throughout the movie. Comparing to what I've read---applying it to what I have seen from the video. This is so hard when you've read the book first, many practical questions raised from watching it, sometimes beautiful film but deeply unsatisfying movie.
Everyone is saying it's a P*RN movie, lots of nudity, and more erotic. For me, I feel like watching INCEPTION, a story full of mysteries.
Fifty Shades is not great date movie, I will tell you now, because it's neither romantic nor sexy movie. It's not a NOTEBOOK movie that's full of romantic drama, but it can be compared to a TWILIGHT movie minus the wolves and the vampires---that you need to understand the Fifty Shades of Grey Book #1, is the first of a trilogy.
To sum it up, you will get out from the movie theater with ANGRY face, because the ending is inconclusive.
To sum it up, you will get out from the movie theater with ANGRY face, because the ending is inconclusive.
Though other's told me that is not good to watch it, for me, be matured enough to see the movie first. I, too, a bit skeptical to watch the movie, but to say it is against morality and because it is not practical as Christian to watch it---you should see for yourself before judging.
The shots of nudity are artful, you will see lots of back, butt, boobs and some flashes of frontal nudity which you can see in the movies in some of the cable channels. You can see that anywhere, thru magazines and social media. That is not new at all.
What you heard about the movie is a mere say. All you need is to focus harder to understand the two characters. Do not focus on what they are doing, it's not all the whips and chains of erotic. For me, it's a campy story, an extreme but amusing and sometimes perversely with sophisticated appeal.
Watching Fifty Shades of Grey is not about sexiness, intense love or pervert driven. It is not all about immorality, addiction, escape...it is something close to how Ana will rediscover her self-esteem, how Christian turn from a likable character being bombarded from the past experience, how he was abused by an older woman, as a child and as a teenager. And how we(the viewers) witness an apology for domestic violence.
This is a fight against DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. How we will react if we are in that situation. How can we stand up for our self, a sense of healing from the past.
The TRUTH is, the first book of the Fifty Shades of Grey depicts the effect of Domestic Violence to a child. How Christian become that kind of a guy because of his past, but at end it has a story to tell. Deep down the story is interesting but there is a point in that film that you can feel boredom and somehow lose.
And for the viewers, I am sure, most of us here are matured enough to understand between right or wrong, moral and immoral. And if you like to watch it out of curiosity just like me, watch it with an open mind and a sense of humor.
*The movie/book is intended for mature audiences.

Given the opportunity to review a product it's not a game, particularly if it is an oral care health merchandise because you deliver very sensitive in presenting information and detailed experience.
After my not so impress moment with the Swish Icy Choco Mint given the conclusion that I've made that maybe the mouthwash is not suited for me or I have a sensitive mouth, the fact that oral care like mouthwash should be comfortably used by the consumers.
This time I'm going to give another honest review based on my experience with this product SWISH® Alcohol-Free Mangosteen Mint another mouthwash product from UNILAB.
Mangosteen in a mouthwash? This is one of our famous fruits here in Davao aside from durian, and I recognize the taste and the smell of it.
Let the test's begin!
Same with Icy Choco Mint, it looks like a water though it has a light red in color and a scent and taste of a mangosteen fruit with a cool fresh of mint which is respectable. I like this much!
VERDICT:
First attempt, after eating I'd open the SWISH Bottle 250ml Mangosteen Mint mouthwash. Then as I gargle the mouthwash in side my mouth I don't feel any burning sensation at all. I love this mouthwash from SWISH, it gives me the satisfaction and the pleasure that I am looking for.
Recommendation:

Direction of use is to gargle 20ml of SWISH® twice a day for 30 seconds. No need to add water. Do not swallow.

Recommendation:
Just for the record, mangosteen is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia that is popular for it's antioxidant so it can be sold as dried powder, tablet(pills) or a juice. Though you can consume it as a fruit juice, do not swallow it as you gargle the mouthwash. Do not be tempted on drinking it, always bear in mind that it is a mouthwash not a juice. I recommend that the word MOUTHWASH in the bottle should be given emphasize here, for in my case, my youngest daughter thought it is a juice bottle when I open the UNILAB PACKAGE. Or change the packaging bottle instead, make it more look like a mouthwash bottle.
CONCLUSION:
Parents who have kids above 6 years old, please lead your children in taking this mouthwash, I am pretty sure kids will enjoy the taste of this. And as suggested, the bottle should be modified for the misinterpretation for a mangosteen juice is being adapted here instead of a mouthwash.
All in all, this mouthwash suit my preference. I love it, but I hope parents should be very careful in introducing it to their kids that this mouthwash is not a juice though it smells strongly like a mangosteen juice but it is a SWISH® Alcohol-Free Mouthwash Mangosteen Mint flavor only. That this mouthwash is very good and it help keep your gums and teeth healthy, but only if you apply it right!
