False Eyelashes

I really have the hardest time in putting false lashes, that's one of my irksome shame in makeup. I've done lash extensions and lash lifts, but as for the false lash strips, my skill level is just there. I'm not a beauty guru, but I love putting makeup on my face, for me, it's a satisfaction especially if you put false lashes perfectly!

My usual routine in putting lashes and over the years I've tried it, I failed! Especially when you apply the lash glue, it's a complete mess.

In modelling or in any photo shoot the highest priority we always see is the placement of the EYE. Where the nose goes- the eyes follow. Regardless where you're facing the pupil of your eyes had a great impact in delivering your photo to your audience.
To have that vivacious look, you only not to learn the basic and fundamentals like style and designs but learn more about the techniques and right applications(and at the same time have the right materials and the tools).

Asian eyes are different compared with Western and Caucasian, so we need to follow our own style in getting the perfect arch of our eyebrow. The right measurement for ASIAN to get a PERFECT ARCH of an EYEBROW is by doing this:
To find out where your eyebrows are supposed to begin is to position a stick(I used my spoolie in these pictures).
To BEGIN: from the nose, align it to the thinner corner of your eye. Most Asian women choose to put the spoolie below just following the old way of getting the arch but remember some Asian lack of a nose bridge, better align it just in the middle side corner of our nose.
For the ARCH: position still starting the middle side corner of your nose until the side corner of your pupil.
At the END: place the stick once again by your middle side corner of your nose and align it to the outer corner of your eye.
Things I learn here is: do not over shade your eyebrow, do not square off the begin brow, do not over extend the end, always us spoolie to measure the arch, and lastly no sharp angles.
Today we have to say goodbye with the "KILAY 2000" eyebrow or the over plucked eyebrow. Thicker eyebrows are so much better!
What type of eyes do you have?
Before I got serious with my topic about eye makeup, knowing first the type of eyes you have so that you will know what Eyeshadow and Basic Color Application appropriate and suitable for you.
In my case I have both, the Almond and Hooded Eyes.
EYE SHAPES. Determining our natural eye shape is so important as finding the right color application for your lids.
BASIC COLOR APPLICATION. You must follow the EYE DIAGRAM: BASE/MIDTONE, HIGHLIGHT and CONTOUR depending on what eye shape you have, in my case I have to use the technique of a NO MAKE UP LOOK.
PRIME the lids first, using BYS FACE PRIMER.
BASE Color to mark a perimeter. Here I use BYS EYE SHADOW MOUSSE.
EYELINER APPLICATION
In the case of an EYE LINER APPLICATION need to put eyeliner to enhance my eyes, using BYS SMUDGEPROOF WATERPROOF BLACK EYELINER it will be sufficient to intensify my eyes and for my lower lash line I got the BYS NEON BLUE EYELINER PENCIL and blend it with their BYS BLUE BAKED EYESHADOW POWDER.
Talking about the LASHES, since I use a SERUM for eyelashes, I decided not to put false eyelashes on my eye and stick with my natural one. I just use BYS BLACK MASCARA to have that volume and curve.
Like I said before I belong to an ALMOND and HOODED EYES, meaning my fold is not so high. That my hood(fold) is near my ORBITAL RIM.
This application is good for those who have almond and hooded eyes, those who have perfect monolids and thinner double lids just like me.

The last blog post that I have is about FALSE EYELASHES GUIDELINES.
And now everyone is asking me about false eyelashes. How to apply without a GLUE and what are my alternatives if I don't use glue.
First let us discuss on HOW TO APPLY FAKE EYELASHES WITHOUT USING GLUE.

First let us discuss on HOW TO APPLY FAKE EYELASHES WITHOUT USING GLUE.
SELF-ADHESIVE FALSE EYELASHES. Using these is more convenient way than putting glue to your eyelashes and it avoid messing up with your eyebrow.
1. Hold the false eyelash tray below your face as you are facing the mirror. The false eyelash which your eye fall into is the one on which it should applied.
2. Peel one strip eyelash gently away from the packaging, carefully take one end off by lifting until you reach the opposite end by using tweezers. By the way, I used my fingers in pulling the end strand of my false eyelashes. It's up to you what to use, that makes you more easier and comfortable.
3. Close your eyes first before you put the false eyelashes strip. Make sure it will fit on your eyelashes, hold it over,not against to your eyelashes. If it is too long trim the fake eyelashes using mini scissor just to have a good precision of the lash.
4. As you glaze on a mirror, close your eyes halfway while putting the false eyelashes to your lashes using the tweezers. Stick the fake eyelashes strip on the skin of your eyelid immediately above your lashes. And use tweezers to press the fake false eyelashes securely into place.
6. Then repeat 3,4 and 5 for the other eye.

Hello guys and gals, today I am going to give you guidelines about FALSE EYELASHES it's cause and effect to us users especially those in the FASHION WORLD.
FALSE EYELASHES give you a lot of gorgeous glamour, effects and highlights but it can give you a dose of infection too.
Lashes are divided into two types the temporary and the semi-permanent.
FAMILIAR-looking full strips lashes creates a high-drama flutter. To single lashes and cluster for more strategic placement (e.g at the eyes outside corner).
Permanent lashes or what we commonly known as eyelash extensions, are lashes applied with a stronger adhesive.

Natural lashes are available to synthetic ones(made of KERASPECIFIC FIBER), this is use as temporary eyelashes. It can be use for day or less. This is use by actresses or maybe some actors as well or fashion elite/models during a simple pictorial or a movie, etc.
FALSE EYELASHES are relatively safe, according to my dermatologist, Dr. Joanne Bernabe. But we must take precaution of the rubber latex used to apply the lashes because it can cause
contact dermatitis-allergic reaction that makes the skin around the eyes red and scaly.
Strips of false eyelashes should be removed daily, you can either throw them away or still you can use it the next day, just make sure it is clean.
Longer-lasting lashes, which are applied at a salon and stay on for about a week or more, are another option because they're glued individually to the lashes, not to the skin. Meaning they're less likely to cause a reaction. And this is very expensive. It cost from PHp1000-PHp2000.
If false lashes gives you irritation or you are uncomfortable to use them, then stop using them immediately.
But if you want to experiment with false eyelashes try applying lashes for everyday use and trim them back to make it more appealing and more natural(yet still have that lush).
