When Kris Aquino officially launched her make up line with Ever Bilena, my initial reaction is WHAT!? Why local makeup brand, compare to some of her actress friends collaborate with international makeup company. I don't have negative thoughts regarding local makeup products, but its Kris Aquino she's the "KWEEN".
Anyway, if you are a follower of Kris Aquino (like me) you will see how much she adores makeup aside from shoes and bags.
I am happy to know that she's going to make her own makeup line and I love the fact that she partnered with Ever Bilena (as I have said I'm not against local makeup products). I'm glad she choose #ProudlyFilipinoMade.
Kris proudly showed her first two products that are part of the "KRIS LIFE KIT".
The first one is matte lipsticks that comes in five shades. However, only two shades have been released "LOVE" - Red and "LIFE" - Pink.
The other three shades are coming within the year: "LAUGH", "LUCKY" and "LOYAL".
Product Review of LIFE Matte Matic Lipstick
I love matte lipstick but the problem is it easily dries your lips.
In years past, we may have skipped our matte lipsticks in favor of the shinier and glossier, more balm to use, but thanks to new formulations made possible by Kris Aquino and Ever Bilena, comfortable matte exist and they are here to stay forever!
What I like about LIFE shade is, it is simple and it is an all-occasion lipstick that finishes off with matte yet moisturizing and it has a balmy texture.
I bought LIFE at Robinsons Department Store for PHp245.
This balm's creamy formula of Kris "LIFE" Matte Matic Lipstick deposits just the right amount of matte, pinkish color -- and never accentuates dry patches on our lips. It looks almost natural on fair skin tone.
This new formula combines comfort with innovation, and not to mention the vivid, seriously saturated pigments it gives to your lips.
The posh packaging is a plus for me too! Local brands are really leveling up.
Even without using a lip liner it still looks good and it last for about 4 hours. It only wore off when I ate greasy food (understandable since I've never has a lipstick that is high-end) that withstood greasy food.
I'm so happy I found my perfect pink!
Will try LOVE definitely!

I saw many Filipino YouTubers and Bloggers have already used this product and give their honest reviews and opinions, so I bought the product out of curiosity because I wanted to try it for myself.
Bought Kyemerut shade from Vice Ganda Cosmetic line at Watsons SM Ecoland. VICE COSMETICS been around in the market since 2016, I heard good reviews about the product. Anyway, this brand is PETA-Certified, Paraben FREE and super affordable!
As expected in a liquid lipstick, it can really be drying. The shade Kyemerut look good for me, but it is not my type of pink. It was a little too pink and when applied twice looks like a kind of brown leaning on the fuchsia side when you applied it more on your lips.
It's OK if you apply it once, but the sense to have a #GandangFresh look cannot be achieved. That is why you really need to have a second application to get the desired beautiful "pout" lips.
It has a vanilla scent but doesn't really cover the chemical smell it has. Though I am impressed that a local brand like Vice Cosmetics nailed liquid lipstick. The colors are truly beautiful and feel just as it looks compared to the Vice Co Matte Lipstick I have purchased (read my review here).
It has creamy formula and it glides on but it would take some time to fill in your lips. I love the brush, I admire how its slender to reach the outer corners of your lips. Same as with the Vice Co Matte Lipstick it dries pretty quick so I know it's set, unlike some of the liquid lipsticks which take up time to set and sometimes leaving your lips wet or make that kind of smudge.
I love nude lipstick, that's why I bought Kyemerut because as stated on their websites, "soft, cool nude shade" , but for me its natural and warm. I am very honest here, it really varies depending on the lighting being used, lip color and skin tone. That is why it is much better to buy it at the mall instead buying it online.
For this review, I did not used a lipliner because I want to see what make shade looks like on my lips once it dries. The lipstick is pigmented and I only applied two coats on the picture above. It looks like mauve brown shade at the first glance. It is smooth and very light!
It's an ultra matte once dried up, same like Severe it really dry and leave your lips chapped, rough like wrinkles. But it is comfortable to the lips. Even if you eat or drink it last longer though after an hour it will fade - just retouched, it will not leave any patches even you added a layer on top of the first layer and I loved it!
VERDICT:
I think for its price, it is a good product and there are a lot of colors to choose from the line so maybe I'll try another color soon.
Overall, Vice Cosmetics Phenomenal Liquid Lipstick KYEMERUT almost as good as my ColourPop liquid lippies! And for Vice Cosmetics Philippines has my respect and I understand why their products are HYPE even though there are cons its still BESTSELLER.

Just to give you a beauty tip, don't forget to put LIP BALM on your lips. An essential product to put on the lips before applying any lip cosmetics. Liquid lipstick make your lips unattractively dry and leave dry patches.
Overall, Vice Cosmetics Phenomenal Liquid Lipstick KYEMERUT almost as good as my ColourPop liquid lippies! And for Vice Cosmetics Philippines has my respect and I understand why their products are HYPE even though there are cons its still BESTSELLER.

Hello everyone! It's been a long time that I've posted a review for cosmetic products. I first saw this product on YouTube reviews and it mostly get a positive feedback, so I decided to give it a try.
Product review posts (especially with beauty and cosmetic) are in many ways the core of what blogging is all about, in some cases it helps company build a rank and develop comparison for customers opinion who share their thoughts regarding the product.
Right now, I will share to you my thoughts and opinion about Severe.
PRODUCT REVIEW of Good Vice Matte Lipstick SEVERE
What I liked about this product, it is very pigmented and has a good color payoff. It's a RUBY RED SHADE.
And to be honest, it was OK at first but after several hours, it felt patchy, sticky and dry. Though you need 2 to 3 swipes to apply in order to get that beautiful pout, and as I said the pigmentation is amazing!
VERDICT:
Vice Ganda Cosmetics is super affordable. I bought this product at Watsons Philippines - SM Lanang Premier for only PHp195 ($3.65). The color selections are on point for Filipina skin tones and the names of their lippies are super funny -KERING KERI, EKLAVU, HAYABAYABAYU, PAK GANERN, etc...
A Paraben Free and it's PETA certified cruelty FREE!
My only cons about SEVERE (I don't know about the other lippies under Vice Co) it tugs easily, so you need to exfoliate and prime your lips before applying this.

Andrea Pamela Amado, AGC (Amado Group Company) CEO and President of Tony Moly Philippines and (Etude House Philippines), told us that "they are planning to open another stores within this year in Davao City, then expand to another place in Mindanao."
The store also offers makeup, palettes, hair care, fragrance, eye care, nose care, skin care with natural derived ingredients and Instagram-worthy personalized makeup.
While the store does offer a wide variety of products in a range of high and low prices, many of the items are quite reasonable. Moisturizers run around P300+, while masks can go as low as P78.
