I've been using CELETEQUE DERMOCOSMETICS EYEBROW NOURISHING SERUM for almost 3 months, and I'm quite impressed with the result.
It was during the 90's that almost tweens are compelled to over-tweeze their eyebrows and I admit, I am one of them. Though I have a thin eyebrows, but then I still pluck it for the sake it was a "trend".

Repeatedly ripping out hairs in a certain area can stunt the growth cycle semi-permanently, or even cause a condition called traction alopecia, a type of semi-permanent hair loss, making it even harder to regrow overplucked brows.
