Davao City's Lady Boss Aesthetic and Wellness Center was founded in 2018 by Florame "Mheckai" Bayer and her husband, Francis L. Bayer, under the name Lady Boss Lounge. It reopened under its current moniker in February of 2020 after undergoing a rebranding process. There are currently two locations, one each in Davao and Tagum.
It is not simply a center for health and beauty, but also an establishment that supports women's empowerment and self-care. They centered their most important core beliefs on the concept of providing opportunity to underprivileged and marginalized women. By providing opportunities for employment and training, we can increase the likelihood that these individuals will become contributing members of society.
In the Lady Boss Academy of Aesthetics, ladies can learn the skills necessary to become Certified Aestheticians as well as Certified PhilBeautQ SPMU Artists. At the moment, Lady Boss has more than fifty staff members working across all of their locations. And the vast majority of them are single parents and beneficiaries of the 4Ps program who are receiving employment training through the Lady Boss program.
The knowledge and experience they have gained will make them stronger and more independent. And by this, Lady Boss promises that every customer will receive first-rate assistance from their staff, as well as cutting-edge techniques and products for their aesthetic needs.

I got the combo technique (combination of 6D microblading and microshading). Good for both thick and thin brows, if you like your brows to be more define, shape and subtle.
The first takes two to three hours. In the first session, the brow is shaped and styled to the client’s preference, and pigment is applied. Then after 60 days, the client returns for the second session for touch up.
✔️ For 48 hours, that will be Day 1-2: "DO NOT wet or clean for 48 hours".
✔️ A Vitamin A + Vitamin D Ointment will be given, to apply liberally as needed to the brows to maintain its moisture and to avoid dryness.
✔️💯% PAINLESS
✔️ How long it will last, 2-3 years. Depending on your skin type.

As she grew older, working as a media relation officer, she realized that beauty & fashion is her passion; not only that it was a gift of art but also she had a natural talent for it. So, she decided to strengthen her skills and knowledge and become a licensed Aesthetician. Now, she conducted trainings to those who wanted to have a business like her.
After opening her own small beauty lounge together with a friend for many years she decided to move to a new place and established her own lounge to further extend her knowledge and skill for the art of skin care and beauty techniques.
