Great hidden gem in Davao! Went with my Social Media colleagues to take advantage of their SPA BUFFET TREAT PROMO and what a pleasant surprise it was!
Villa Cosmetico Essenzialle (VCE) Skin Talk Beauty & Wellness officially opened their business last November 21, 2016. A 100% Filipino-owned company proudly from Davao.
Today, they make a major revamp of their products and services. With their mission in providing their clients an effective services, VCE upgrade their approach on beauty and wellness, carrying their new product name VILLA COSMETICO PREMIUM.
What sets this spa apart from the rest is that everything is natural and organic. It is completely different spa unlike any other, it feature more creative ways of cultivating a healthy and balance lifestyle.

I received an invitation from VCE through Ms. Jojie Alcantara, to try their Spa Buffet Treat and I am super happy because I was sore & needed a massage.
SPA BUFFET TREAT is a holistic and relaxing services of your choice for 3 hours only PHp700 per person. Definitely works to get you in relaxation mode.
I went to VCE Skin Talk Beauty & Wellness to experience the Spa Buffet Treat located at Door 1 Annex Bldg., Jocar Complex, Mt.Mayon Street (fronting the old Sampaguita Inn) Davao City.
There is plenty of parking and it's not hard to spot (old office of Aromacology Sensi). The decor is chic and not to all overwhelming for the small-ish space that it occupies.
Stephanie, the one assigned to me was so thoughtful, professional and detailed oriented. She ensured that I am well taken care of. She let me lie down and enjoy the music and just relax.
If I offered information, she responded in kind-and that was it - PERFECT! That's my personal preference and I could not have been happier.
I told her that I need a FULL BODY MASSAGE and in order to have my Spa Buffet Treat package complete I need to add more from their services so I add RELAXING FACIAL.

I had the pleasure of getting an hour-long moderate full body massage and it was FANTASTIC. It wasn't my first professional massage, but it lived up to all my expectations.
I've had several good massages at different spa, this was right up there with the best! Stephanie used the perfect amount of pressure and as I said before she was really lovely to talk with as well.
I left feeling relaxed and tension-free!
I was laying on my front there was a breathing hole in the massage bed, and honestly it was my first time to see a massage bed with a face hole. The fabric is soft, gentle and easy on sensitive skin that it gives comfort to the clients to allow the face to breath well.
Yes, I know I lack one service (anyway, it's OK) because I cannot have either Pedi & Mani for my nails (need to rest my nails from polish) or Diamond Peel service because I am using Tony Moly FLORIA Brightening Peeling Gel and Waxing is a big NO to me!
Or maybe next time I have to try their RF or Radio Frequency for skin tightening. I've heard good reviews about it and knowing that VCE Skin Talk Beauty & Wellness offer it for PHp350 only.
How long does the treatment session last?
It all depends on your skin type, some will go back for a once a week session. And because each part takes a different amount of time, you should ask about the certain areas you want to undergo procedure. ~ Esther Joy Goc-ong (VCE Head Marketing)
The staff were courteous. The spa is quiet, intimate and inviting with music playing softly.
They served food & drinks after the pampering.
So perfectly relaxing.

Searching for a good skin care product is literally life-changing. As your skin starts to look more youthful, firm and more vibrant - you feel a little glowier on the inside too!
Everyday routine in the morning, when you wake up you need to cleanse, moisturize, and put make up. Do a final check and confidently unleash your flawless face going to work or make yourself as perfect as you want at home.
But at the end of the day when you look yourself at the mirror, it seems like there's all kinds of blemishes and imperfections that weren't there this morning.
In doubt with frustration, after all you go through all the time and effort you've given just to discover your skin betrayed you by revealing all kinds of skin flaws.
Remember how fluid works to our body, especially with our skin in the morning? Well, it really team up with our skin, they pulled fluid away making wrinkles, eye circles and sagging more obvious and visible.
PROBLEM: WRINKLES
SOLUTION: Moisturize & Hydrate your skin. It will have a plumping effect which is good because it will smooth fine lines and make your skin more supple and firm.
PROBLEM: PUFFY EYES, DARK CIRCLES, FINE LINES & WRINKLES surrounding the eye area.
SOLUTION: Beside getting enough sleep of 7 to 8 hours every night, you can also use serum and/or DAY & NIGHT CREAM to lock in moisture, brighten & lighten dark eyes and smooth away fine lines.
PROBLEM: OILY SKIN. I have a combo skin type, which mean that my skin is oily, has a larger pores, or breaks in my T-Zone area (forehead, nose, chin) but dry or normal on cheeks and jawline.
SOLUTION: I use cleanser and toner. I stop using astringents (because most of astringents have alcohol-based which are too drying). And I used moisturizer formulated for oil control. And, make best friends with blotting papers for quick skin refresh.
PROBLEM: Makeup easily disappearing and complexion gets dull. Blemishes are reappearing as day goes on. My skin seems like to loses the morning tone and become more blotchy by the day end. I stop putting makeup because I found it too unfair that by the midday it has no effect and sometimes redness appear to my face and become inflamed by things I encounter throughout the day such as heat, weather, stress, sweat, in short my skin got too sensitive.
SOLUTION: I use skin care products that are made for sensitive skin. I exfoliate my skin 2-3 times per week unless otherwise directed. Just to clean dirty and old skin and keep skin fresh and even. And the best way to protect my skin when I go out is to wear SPF to avoid skin dullness.

This time I'm going to share another DIY beauty regimen that I am pretty sure your gonna love it!
As I promise, that I will post about DIY BROWN SPOT TREATMENT. I am not sure if you have tried this and it does not work, I suggest repeating this will help you convince once more that this regimen is really effective.
Asian women are known for their delicate BEAUTY, SMOOTH and having that FAIR SKIN. Right? That is why I am so in touch with the ORIENT WAY of SKIN LIGHTENING having it NATURAL or TRADITIONAL beauty regimen.
One of these remedies that I just discovered and used for almost a month now is the RICE POWDER and RICE WATER. Really effective? Find our for yourself.
HOW EFFECTIVE IS RICE POWDER FOR SKIN LIGHTENING?
- Rice contains a high concentration of Para AminoBenzoic Acid(PABA). This is good as SUN SCREEN.

- Rice also contains two other sun protecting agents:
(1) FERULIC ACID - an antioxidant that when added with the solution of Vit. C and E will doubles its PHOTOPROTECTION of our skin.
(2) ALLANTOIN - a good inflammatory agent. It soothes sun burns and help promotes skin repair.
- Another thing here as a rice paste applied to your skin, rice powder has been shown to inhibit tyrosinase. TYROSINASE an oxidase that is rate -limiting enzyme for controlling the production of melanin.
- 1 cup of Uncooked Rice. Grind using a coffee grinder. Or you can buy a ready made rice powder.
- Add evaporated milk. Enough just to make a paste.
- Apply the paste over your face and neck. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash it with warm water.
- Do this consistently at least twice a week until your skin lighten.
DIY RICE WATER TONER for SKIN LIGHTENING
Want to have that fair and more translucent skin? By washing your face with rice water you can achieve that, not dramatically but you will see the result within a month.
So easy to do, if you are planning to cook the
rice for you meal, do this:
- Put the rice in a rice cooker bowl. Wash and clean the rice.
- Second washing of the rice, it should look pretty cloudy.
- Drain this water to another bowl.
- Be sure that you already EXFOLIATE your skin with scrub or wash cloth, so that the rice water will be absorbed well. Splash the "RICE Water" over your face as your toner.
- Do not towel dry after washing. Leave it damp to air-dry on its own.
- Result depends on how you do it. Much better to do this steps twice a week and you will see the result after a month.
Rice Water is SAFE to use. The Ferulic Acid in rice is not a strong acid. However, about skin sensitivity issue just use your own judgement after all everyone has different skin types.
*If you still have a left over rice water (unused), keep refrigerate

I rarely post a review about a beauty soap in my site because I haven't seen and experience a soap that gives satisfaction after use.
You can buy expensive cream and soap that promises you to bring back that youthful skin, maybe it will make your skin feel nice for a period of time, but none of that will work because that is their business, it will keep you coming back to buy their products.
I'll try anything and just like you(maybe) you feel tired searching for the right soap for your skin that will give you 100% SATISFACTION.
I saw this soap bar in the market, reading
the back cover of the soap it say's: "IT FIGHT SKIN AGING AND WHITEN YOUR SKIN WITH THE HELP OF THE KOJIC ACID and VISIBLE RESULTS IN AS EARLY AS 7 DAYS". Wow! For 7 days you will see the result, and so I gave a GO.
Started using this beauty soap in a month, figuring that I have nothing to lose for a PHp 60+. First use, I was amazed with it, it really whitens skin and it moisturize my body too! And for a month of using, it reduces my face skin elasticity and it has drastically reduced the look of my stretchmarks in my body.
Got to believe in Kojic! Yes, because I see the result and it really lightens scars and pigmentation.
I am now in my second month using SKINWHITE ADVANCED WHITENING SOAP with KOJIC ACID and I will certainly recommend this product to all my readers especially those who are in their mid 30s+ like me.
